This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through Happiminds Solutions, operated by Neorealm Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, having its registered office at No. B817, 5th Cross, 2nd Main, Jalahalli, Bangalore, India – 560013 (hereinafter referred to as “Happiminds”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
This Policy applies to all paid services, including but not limited to Discovery Assessments, MindFit Online Programs, MindFit Offline Programs, and any other paid educational offerings made available through the Platform.
By enrolling in or purchasing any paid Service, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
Refund eligibility is strictly governed by the conditions set out in this Policy. The timelines mentioned herein are calculated in calendar days unless otherwise specified. Once a service has been substantially delivered, accessed, consumed, or completed, it shall be deemed fulfilled, and refund eligibility may cease. Refunds are not automatic and are subject to verification and approval in accordance with this Policy.
The Discovery Assessment shall be eligible for a refund only under limited conditions.
A refund request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase. In addition, the assessment must not have been fully completed, and the personalized assessment report must not have been generated or delivered to the user.
If the personalized report has been generated, accessed, or shared with the Parent, the service shall be deemed fully delivered. In such cases, no refund shall be granted under any circumstances.
The MindFit Online Program is eligible for a one-time one hundred percent (100%) refund if requested within seven (7) calendar days from the date of program activation.
For the purpose of this Policy, “activation” refers to the date on which access credentials are issued or the program becomes accessible to the enrolled user, whichever occurs earlier.
To qualify for a refund, the request must be submitted within the seven-day period in writing to support@liltalents.com and must include the registered email address and the enrolled child’s name.
After the expiry of seven (7) calendar days from activation, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances. No partial refunds shall be granted for unused sessions, non-usage, reduced participation, or discontinuation. No refund shall be granted due to change of mind, dissatisfaction after the refund window, or parental decision.
The seven-day period shall be calculated strictly from the date of activation and not from the date of payment if activation occurs earlier.
MindFit Offline Programs conducted through certified Happiminds Partner Centers are eligible for a one hundred percent (100%) refund only if requested within seven (7) calendar days from the earlier of the date of enrollment or the date of the first session attended.
After the seven-day period has expired, no refunds shall be issued. No partial refunds shall be provided for unused sessions, missed classes, withdrawal, or discontinuation. Fees paid for Offline Programs are non-transferable to other students or programs unless expressly approved in writing by the Company.
All refunds for Offline Programs shall be processed by Happiminds Solutions and may require verification with the respective Partner Center prior to approval.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@liltalents.com. The request must be sent from the registered email address associated with the enrollment.
The refund request must clearly specify the Parent’s name, Child’s name, registered email address, registered phone number, program enrolled in, and the date of enrollment or activation.
Requests submitted through phone calls, messaging platforms, social media channels, or verbal communication shall not be considered valid refund requests.
The Company reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to verify eligibility.
If a refund request is approved, the refund shall be processed within ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days from the date of approval.
Refunds shall be credited only to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase. The Company shall not process refunds to alternate bank accounts, third-party accounts, or different payment methods.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the policies of the payment gateway provider, issuing bank, or financial institution.
The Company reserves the right to deduct payment gateway charges, transaction fees, or other non-recoverable costs where applicable.
Refunds shall not be granted in cases involving failure to attend sessions, non-usage of the Platform, lack of participation, or dissatisfaction expressed after the applicable refund window.
Refunds shall not be issued for technical issues that were not reported within forty-eight (48) hours of occurrence, provided that such issues materially affected access.
Refunds shall not be granted due to relocation, scheduling conflicts, misunderstanding of program structure, parental change of decision, or subjective expectations not aligned with program scope.
Enrollment in any program constitutes acknowledgment that the Parent has reviewed and understood the program structure, duration, pricing, and scope prior to purchase.
The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases involving suspected abuse of this Policy.
Such cases may include repeated enrollments followed by refund requests, intentional misuse of the refund window, fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, misrepresentation of facts, or violation of the Terms of Use.
In such circumstances, the Company may suspend, restrict, or permanently block future access to the Platform without liability.
Any refund granted outside the stipulated seven-day window shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company.
The granting of a discretionary refund in any individual case shall not create a precedent or obligation to grant similar refunds in future cases.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy constitutes the complete and binding policy governing refunds.
This Policy supersedes any prior verbal representations, informal communications, marketing statements, or assurances provided by representatives, partner centers, or third parties.
Only the written version of this Policy published on the official Happiminds website shall be considered valid and enforceable.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.
